As many people prepare to dine with Juhannus on Saturday, Kokonsa still can’t
keep his head clear whether the rain is going to ruin the day. That will be
the greatest pain of Kokonsa and if that happens, it will take decades for
Kokonsa to forgive the rain. :)
Well, Kokonsa seems to be a fan of Juhannus! I think this is the time for him
to confess to all his readers that, he hasn’t been happy at all on how the
rain has been a sworn enemy of this year’s summer. This has been a year of
rain and cold instead of sunshine. Vappu was able to dominant the rain and
the celebration was a memorable one. Is Juhannus gonna do the same and prove
to the gods of the universe that, he is not going to disappoint his fans who
disappear to their summer cottage so that no single bed can be seen singing
on the street of Finland.:) OR should I say, snow should appear so that
many people will have the chance to dig a big hole in the snow, so that
after Sauna, they could jump into the pit. I hope Kokonsa is not teasing but
seems to fancy it!
Yes! Kokonsa is yet to ask the astrologians of the birthday of Juhannus if all
and sundry will have something to recount with relish. I can’t wait to see
the great Kokko being with its beautiful glow waving in the sky on Juhannus.
Indeed Juhannus is a great and mighty day.
As Juhannus still becomes the talk in town, Kokonsa hopes for a sun and not
rain so that he can swim in the pool of olut with his friends to make
Juhannus a memorable day. As Kokonsa waits to bring his readers an excerpt
of the happenings next week of Juhannus, he would like to cease this
opportunity to wish all his favourite readers a happy Juhannus in advance.
Hope you will all have a wonderful time with your families in summer
cottages.
Shalom!
